Could you rock PINK eyebrows?

I was googling the other day and I came across this picture from Chanel's new ad campaign.

I was captivated.

Amidst the silky grey colours, the white flowers in her hair, the simple backdrop, were these glorious pink eyebrows! Yes, Pink!

Chanel has always had ads that stand out from others, always a little risque but on the other hand unforgettable too. Starring one of Karl Lagerfield's favourite models Freja Beha Erichsen, the ad leaves me wanting to take another look as Freja leans against the wall looking at her brows in her Chanel compact mirror.

Bleached and coloured brows have been featured on the runways and in print for a few years now but are yet to make a serious impact on everyday life.

Eyebrows naturally frame the face and if those hairs are thin, pale or inconsistent, tinting can help to provide balance and structure.

A semi-permanent procedure, brow tinting lasts approximately 4 weeks, depending on your hair’s growth speed. As the brow hairs are naturally replaced with new ones, the tinted hairs fall out and the new hairs need tinting for proper upkeep.

There are special dyes that are available for bleaching and then tinting these bright colours and as the products are used near the eye area, it is important that use of products designed especially for brows are used.
